Privacy
R.A.W. 2027 / ISSACHARS '27 app. Operated by Sobeit Media for the R.A.W. Summit.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give the app: to send you updates about the event, and to share testimonies you submit.
- Push notification token. If you turn on notifications, your phone gives the app an anonymous device token. We store it, with the app version and whether it is a test or live build, so we can send you event alerts. Turning notifications off in the app removes it from our server.
- Email address. If you type it into the sign-up form, we store it to email you event updates.
- Testimonies. If you share a testimony, we store your name, the city or church you enter, your testimony, and (only if you give it) an email address so our team can follow up. Our team reads every testimony first; only approved ones are shown in the app, with your name, city or church, and testimony. Your email is never shown.
What we do not do
- No tracking, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs.
- We do not sell or share your information. The only outside service involved is Apple, which delivers push notifications.
- No account or login is needed to use the app. Tickets are never sold in the app; the Register button opens our registration page in your browser.
Calendar
If you tap "Add to my calendar", the app asks for permission to add a single event. It cannot read your calendar.
Your choices
You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time. To have your email address, a testimony, or any other stored data deleted, contact us (see the support page) and we will remove it.
Retention
We keep this information only as long as needed to send updates about the event and its follow-up, and delete it on request.
